Say Hello to iSOS !
Hi there !
You might be wondering where we’ve been for the last couple of weeks. Laying on Miami Beach, drinking some mojitos under the palmtrees?
Naah. Actually, we’ve been working hard on all your submissions. You showed us some really cool stuff! We have stunning iphone applications on their way, and the first one we’re introducing today is iSOS.
iSOS iphone application can be activated in case of an emergency. Just by one click on the icon, iSOS will send emergency voice, texts messages, emails, and twitter updates to 5 of your chosen contacts. Plus, it automatically calls 911 and send your GPS-positioning so that people can find you and help you easily and efficiently.
iSOS is not yet on the AppStore but we just wanted to show you a preview of the App. As some of you may know, we submitted iSOS to the AppsFire Appstar contest, and we’ve been selected to be one of the finalists. The 3 winners will be chosen and announced in Paris at LeWeb conference on stage dec 9th in the morning in front of 1800+ savvy internet users, bloggers, journalists… If everything goes well, the event will be streamed live on the internet.
So from now, anyone can view our demo but also rate it and comment it on the iSOS Appstar page ! Don’t hesitate to let us know what you think !
Oh, one more thing. Blackberry and Android were a bit jealous, so we decided to make iSOS also available on both platforms
